Alabama versus LSU in the national championship game and it's all SEC! This is college football at it's finest. It's gonna be the two most defensively talented teams out there slugging it out trying to see who hits the hardest, who can hang on, who can drive those legs and who can go that extra yard. LSU squeeked it out earlier in the season, but it's a toss up who is the better team. Two of these teams will enter as confident young men and when they leave one will still be and the other will be weaping little boys. I can't wait for this one. Classic football here. The only thing about these teams is there is the talent on the offensive side of the ball to break out for a big game. There are weapons there that could score if there are mistakes made or tackles broken. What is going to happen? I'm fixing to give you the hypotheticals.

Alabama does have some ability on the offensive side of the ball, especially with running back Richardson, who almost won the Heisman. Take nothing away from him this year, he's a special athlete with f15583 yards and 20 touchdowns. He can cut, run, and juke with the best. McCarron can manage a game with 2400 yards and 16 touchdowns, he's not a slouch at the quarterback position and with Maze catching the ball they have a good steady target.

LSU started out the season with Lee at quarterback as Jefferson was suspended, but have since gone to Jefferson who has played well. From time to time they switch, but I wouldn't look for that to happen in this game. Miles has stuck with his guns with Jefferson in the bigger games and that's what I expect him to do in this one. They have a 750 yard rusher in Ford and a 700 yard rusher in Ware and they combine for 15 touchdowns and can both do some things. They have a good target to throw to with Randle and a decent secondary target with Becham who is kind of a mid range3 guy averaging about 12 yards a catch. Then there's the Heisman candidate for this team the Honey Badger. The kid is lightning quick, finds the ball like no other and has moves that make you sick. He is a touchdown machine with the ball in his hands. He looks like he's on a video game and you are hitting the turbo and spin buttons. He just blows by guys. He is a secret weapon no more and can and will be a difference maker. Look for Alabama to have to try to kick away from him every time and possibly have to kick short on punts and give up some field position quite a bit.

Now it's my time for prediction and I hate this because I despise both of these teams, but I also respect the fact that they are awesome. I honestly believe the Honey Badger is the secret and comes up with something and I'm saying 17-14 LSU over Alabama.
