Georgia v Texas A&M Prediction: Georgia d. Texas A&M 45-20
This is a battle between two over-hyped preseason teams that didn't quite meet their expectations for this season.
In the the Bulldogs case, the Independence Bowl is the end of a long, two year slide, since their 2008 preseason number one ranking. However, the Independence Bowl is a good chance for Georgia to end this slide. The Bulldogs are coming off a good vibe win over Georgia Tech in their final game of the season and face an Aggies squad with six losses including a 65-10 drubbing by a Bradford-less Oklahoma and a full-on, hog-tied, castration by Kansas State 62-14 earlier this season.
The Bulldogs should be able to take advantage of the Aggies lack of anything resembling a defense and notch a win.
