So, I guess even by your flawed logic, they are still Cheaters. If Belicheat wasn't so conceited and persistent in his cheating methods--- then he probably would have gotten away with it. Only he and probably a few other Patriots personnel would have known the truth about their tainted SB trophies. But since he couldn't help himself by repeatedly cheating (despite being warned by the league) now he must deal with the consequences. A ban from the league is appropriate. All Patriots victories since he became head coach in 2000 should be marked with an asterisk.
