I'm sick and tired of this. The Pats didn't cheat any other time, and if they did, it's not cheating if you don't get caught.

but they did get caught. now nothing they have accomplished means anything because they will always be known as cheaters.

Cat, even though I completely disagree with your statement--- they did get caught. More than once. So, I guess even by your flawed logic, they are still Cheaters. If Belicheat wasn't so conceited and persistent in his cheating methods--- then he probably would have gotten away with it. Only he and probably a few other Patriots personnel would have known the truth about their tainted SB trophies. But since he couldn't help himself by repeatedly cheating (despite being warned by the league) now he must deal with the consequences. A ban from the league is appropriate. All Patriots victories since he became head coach in 2000 should be marked with an asterisk.
