You state that a letter was sent to all the coaches on Sept. 6 2006. You later say that all the Patriots Super Bowls and AFC Championship are tarished.

If the rule did not go into effect until 2006 how does that tarnish their 3 SB wins?

The whole thing has been blown out of proportion.
What Belichick did in the Jets game was wrong and he and the Patriots were fined for it -- case closed.

I personally think he only did this because of a vendetta against the Jets coach.
