Editor's Note: For those who haven't heard West Virginia's football coach took the Michigan job to replace Lloyd Carr. I really wonder about that from RR's perspective. He had a great thing going in Morgantown. He was from W. Va. Just seemed like the perfect fit. But, if he does indeed lead the Wolverines to beating OSU, all will be well for Rich in Ann Arbor I'm sure.

This move could be good for the Big Ten as well. It will bring a new spread offense into a league that could use some fresh blood and offensive imagination.

Rodriguez' move is a loss for the Big East. No doubt about that.
