The top-seeded Bulldogs are making their seventh NIT appearance, the fourth under 12th-year Rick Stansbury, and are 6-6 all-time in this event.

Varnado leads MSU with a 13.6 scoring clip, while his 10.3 rebounds and 163 blocked shots are tops in the SEC. He's also posted a team- and career-high 17 double-doubles, the second most in the league.

He's also the only player in the history of the NCAA to have 1,000 points, 1,000 rebounds and 500 blocks for a career. Bost, who set a MSU freshman record a year ago with 156 assists, is averaging 12.8 points, the third-highest output on the team.
