In 27 years as head coach of Mount Union College:

* A 332-24-3 record.
* 11 NCAA Division III National Championships.
* 23 OAC Conference Championships.
* AFCA Regional Coach of the Year a record 17 times.
* AFCA National Coach of the Year eight times.
* OAC Coach of the Year six times.
* 2008 became just the second-ever NCAA Division III winner of the Liberty Mutual National Coach of the Year award.

Not to count that Larry Kehres and his Mount Union Purple Raiders has two very impressive records. Owning the two longest winning streaks in NCAA history, 54 wins in 1996–1999 and 55 wins in 2000–2003. That's with one loss between the two records.
