2010 Kentucky Wildcats Softball
2007 was another rough season for Kentucky Wildcats softball. The Lady Cats ended up in last place in the SEC with a 4-24 record. However, they did go 16-7 in non-conference games. Consistent with the theme of this site -- "darn, the SEC is tough!"

Kentucky's head coach is Rachel Lawson and the two assistant coaches for the softball team are Kristine Himes and Jodi Chmielewski.

- Molly Johnson/sophomore out of Tuscan, Arizona
- Megan Jolly/senior out of Owensboro, Kentucky
- Amber Matousek/sophomore out of Glendale, Arizona
- Katie McCarty/junior out of Louiseville, Kentucky
- Audrey Meyer/senior out of Jefferson, Oregon
- Destinee Mordecai/sophomore out of McGregor, Texas
- Annie Rowland/freshman out of Hillard, Ohio
- Natalie Smith/ sophomore out of Glendale, Arizona
- Megan Yocke/freshman out of Sunnyvale, California
- Jennifer Young/sophomore out of Radcliff, Kentucky.
Kentucky's offensive production and batting average saw improvment in 2007. The hope is that the pitching can come around as well in 2008.
