I'd prefer a 16 team playoff

However you can work it, I'd rather see 16 teams in the playoffs. Maybe 8 division winners and 8 at-large bids to round it out. If you're ranked #17, you can't whine too much. However, the line between #8 & #9 would be a lot thinner.

Think about it.
