How would I score the following play for the weekly box score?

In a high school game our RB got hit after a 5yd run and the ball popped straight up, it was caught out of the air by our Offensive Guard and he ran it 25 more yards for a touchdown. How do I score this? Is it a 5 yd run by the RB and a Fumble return TD for the OL? Or does it go down as a 30-yd run by the OL as if it were a lateral? Thanks.

Here's the scoring rules for the question; courtesy of David Plati SID Colorado U.

The correct way to score the play is: (Player stats)--the running back is credited with a carry, 5 yards rushing; with the offensive lineman 0 carries for 30 yards and a touchdown.

Team stats -- the team is credited as recovering a lateral and a rushing TD, not a rushing score.
