2011 Georgia Bulldogs Gymnastics Preview

The Georgia Lady Bulldogs are the best Gymnastics team in the history of NCAA Gymnastics. The "Gym Dogs" have won 10 National Championships. Utah is second with 9; however Utah has not won it all since 1995. Georgia has won 7 since then.

Coach Jay Clark finished the 2010 Georgia Bulldogs gymnastics season with a team ranked second on the balance beam, fourth on the bars, sixth on the floor, and tenth on the vault.

Three gymnasts claimed SEC individual titles, with two others claiming runner-up spots.

The 2011 schedule has the "Gym Dogs" facing seven teas who competed in the 2010 NCAA Championship.

The schedule is competitive but the team is confident in their performance with nine returning gymnasts and four newcomers.
