When Bill coached the Browns he didn't have much success. I would take from that that the cheating didn't begin until he became the Patriot's head coach.

I feel bad for the players because in todays society the person that squeals about an injustice is deemed as being worse then the cheater.

What a society we have become! Kudos to Mangini for standing up and doing the right thing.
