Let's see... A stadium in a southern state hosts sub-standard a bowl game, you want to fill up the stadium... hmmm what should we do? I know!!! Get a LOCAL team to match up against a carefully chosen(usually weaker) opponent and then Let's all watch the good 'ol boys whallup on some Yank's.
