Why SEC bad teams get credit because of the good teams?
I'm from Columbus and graduated from Ohio State. I completely believe that the SEC is the best football conference at the top every year. Meaning they have the best four teams at top, lately with one elite team winning the championship.
But what I don't understand is the lack of real rivalry that has taken place because of this conference love ****fest. Example: Kentucky loses badly to Pitt who doesn't even have a coach, and my friend who works at Lowe's in ky has to listen to his co-workers do the S-E-C chants.
I grew up hating Michigan, Wisconson, Iowa, Penn State, Michigan State and still do. When Michigan beat Florida in Gator Bowl a couple years ago, I couldn't give less of a ****. It does nothing for me. I want Michigan to lose so the border players come to Ohio State.
Where is that in the SEC? I'm 29 and KY, SC, Ole Miss, Miss state, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, and Georgia haven't challenged for anything in my life. Occasionally Auburn and LSU or Tennesee. People in the first 7 schools I mentioned should not get credit for the other 5's success. It's like a bunch of virgins acting cool cause they hang out with a couple guys who get laid alot.
The top teams do deserve respect cause they put their money where their mouths are and pay top dollar for the best coaches. That's why they are strongest at the top of any other conference.
Just my thoughts. Go bucks and F*** Michigan!!! The way its supposed to be.
