What happened to SEC basketball?

When did we become just Kentucky and Tennessee with their controversies? I wrote yesterday about Cam Newton, now we have these controversies in basketball with the recruiting violations by coaches? They have clearly lied and have clearly made their programs into a place where no parent should want their child to go.

The funny thing is, the parents will still want them to go there because of winning. That win and that NBA contract is what we look forward to instead of the free education.

College sports is in a learning environment and should be a place where kids learn not only sports and academia, but also learn how to act and how to be a great young man or woman as well.
