Vanderbilt has the best record of any NCAA school at 8-3-1 vs. the University of Texas at Austin.

They used to play the Longhorns in the Texas State Fair game. When UT had trouble beating the Commodores,they dropped them for---guess who-------Oklahoma!!!!!!!!!!!!

Editor's Note Thanks Stephen. Very interesting info. Actually, pretty amazing. Bet I could win a lot of "Who have the Texas Longhorns lost the most football games to?" bets with that tidbit.

Thanks, and good luck to Vandy. I think a lot of people are pulling for them to have a winning season and get to a bowl game this year. Would be the first one in a quarter century.

That is not funny,it is fact.Sort of like texasu spending more money on football than any other school and only one national title over the past 38 years.However,they do have only a 40% graduation rate,I am sure the Whiney Orange are VERY PROUD of that fact.That IS sad.
