Of the 8 teams that qualify for the end of season SEC Soccer tournament is it made up from the teams that have the best interconference records or is it 4 from each division (east, west)?

It's Overall Best Record

It's the 8 teams with the overall best conference records. You can see that last year (2010) 6 of the 8 teams in the SEC Soccer Tournament were from the SEC East -- including the top 4 teams.
