SEC Golf Newcomer of the Year Mizzou Senior Jace Long

Jace Long just finished up an unbelievable 3 week stretch. Jace captured individual titles in Mizzou's first two events and he also led the team to victory in both of those events as well.

After those two consecutive wins Jace had to drive immediately from the event in Iowa to Nebraska because that very next day he teed off in his first stage of PGA Qualifying School. Jace proceeded to finish first in that event as well. Pretty solid 3 weeks. Jace moves onto his 2nd stage of Q School in Texas sometime in October I believe. Jace is playing in Q School as an amateur so he will still be playing for Mizzou the rest of this fall season.

Ryan Zech and Jacob Fair are some of the names you will be hearing over the next 2 or 3 seasons as they are a pair of extremely talented youngsters for Mizzou.
