Incorrect Criteria for Ranking the Conferences

You shouldn't look at a team's past records that are in a conference, but the record of the conference itself.

For example, when Syracuse and Pittsburg join the ACC in the future, their wins that took place in the Big East should not be transferred to the ACC because they took place in the Big East.

Because of this poor formula you used, the data you presented is very ineffective at indicating the ranking of conferences.
